Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Proof of date item was originally purchased is required, along with proof if an item is received damaged, not as described, defective in any way or proof validating any other major product issues before any refunds will be issued. Any refunds that are processed the money will be issued back onto the original payment used at the time of the items purchase or onto a gift card. Exchanges can be made to replace any broken items or defective items instead of a refund if the customer would like to proceed with that option.
